Founded in Wisconsin, Kanati brings together outdoorsmen/outdoorswomen, conservationists, and food enthusiasts to share in the traditions of hunting, sustainable harvest, and the flavors of the wild.
Join us while we explore how our chefs use wild game as their main ingredient to create unforgettable ‘tastings’ for you to sample! We hope that you learn new creative ways to bring the field to your table at home.
